Our 3-Step Method
Our Labs are Learning Experiences organized according to a standard method that is customized based on the type of company linked to the exploration and visit phase:
o Phase 1: MINDSET (Half-Day Online). Applied theory: Business Benefit Models, Lean Processes, Change Management. We build shared foundations. We learn the main tools for intervening in the company to manage change.
o Phase 2: ACTION WORKSHOP (1 Day at the Company). The entrepreneur’s story, the real challenge. We split into groups and work to generate proposals and concrete solutions.
o Phase 3: DEBRIEF (Final Meeting). Presentation of the projects to the company. Direct feedback and valuable networking
